Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Exclusives Direct. The following terms constitute our official Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an automated dispatch notification with your tracking details as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer tracked shipping options calculated at checkout. Transit times begin once the item has officially dispatched:

  • Express / Fast Tracked Shipping: 1 – 3 business days

  • Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 business days

Note: Delivery estimates are guidelines and apply to business days. Unforeseen courier disruptions or severe weather may occasionally impact local delivery speeds.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes full door-to-door tracking:

  • Fast Tracked Orders: Tracking updates populate within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch.

  • Standard Orders: Tracking information updates within 3 to 5 business days as the parcel moves through sorting hubs.

You will receive your direct tracking link via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not liable for shipments delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the buyer. If you detect an error, email us at support@exclusivesdirect.store immediately so we can adjust it before the dispatch cutoff.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If your courier tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check around your property, safe places, or with immediate neighbors.

  2. Contact your local sorting facility with your tracking number.

  3. If still unlocated after 24 hours, contact us at support@exclusivesdirect.store to initiate a formal courier trace.
